At Corlyva, S.R.L. ("Corlyva", "we") we value and respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect the personal information you provide when using the corlyva.com website and its associated services.

The controller responsible for the processing of your personal data is Corlyva, S.R.L., registered in the Commercial Registry of Santo Domingo under number 128.457SD, RNC 1-32-98457-6, with registered address at Av. 2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing the subscription form (name and email) and the technical data generated by your browsing (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you information about upcoming real estate crowdlending opportunities, updates on residential projects in the Dominican Republic, commercial communications from Corlyva, and for statistical analysis and improvement of the site.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on your express consent, granted by accepting this policy through the subscription form, in accordance with Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic.
5. Retention
We keep your data as long as you maintain an active subscription or until you request its deletion. Technical browsing data is retained for a maximum of 24 months.

Your data is not shared with third parties outside Corlyva, except with technology providers acting as processors (email delivery, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements, and when there is a legal obligation to do so.
